Where to download working Backup Agent for 2012R2 Essentials server

Microsoft support page http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn520828.aspx#BKMK_Limitations says that "You cannot install Windows Azure Backup integration module. To work around the issue, use the Windows Azure Backup agent instead.".

I have tried to install Backup Agent from Azure Recovery Services using the link "Agent for Windows Server Essentials" and it downloads OnlineBackupAddin.wssx but this cannot be installed to 2012R2 Essentials.

Where can I find a working Backup Agent for 2012R2 Essentials??
