Azure Backup failing

Hi Can anyone help me I tried so many things but:

We have a Azure Backup of files from a Windows 2012 R2 server with Azure Backup agent  2.0.9028.0

The backup never finishes or keeps failing. In the CBEngineCurr.errlog there are some lines that keeps repeating:
