validating credentials fails on azure backup

hi

I'm trying to set up azure backup on a windows 7 pro machine. did try on a 2k8 server but got the same error.

when the client tried to validate the vault credentials I get an invalid vault credentials error (ID: 34513) doing research it would seem to point to a time setting issue, however each machine I have tried it on has the correct time set.

can anyone advise how to proceed
