How am I supposed to like this product if it doesn't work and I can't get assistance without a support plan?

I was directed to migrate my clients over to Azure backup from a number of other backup products.  I did, and now they pretty much all have failing jobs, but the diagnostic information available is absolutely useless.  Are there no ways to get someone from Microsoft to fix their broken services that are being paid for?  No, we do not pay for a support subscription, but we're paying for the storage.  If the storage isn't available, that is MICROSOFT'S PROBLEM AND YOU NEED TO FIX IT!!!
