Getting CATALOG FAILURE 0x80131500 during backup

Trying to backup a Win10 Pro workstation and I get this error. To attempt resolution, tried the following:

  • Made sure I was running latest update: Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent v2.0.9032.0
  • Rebooted
  • Restarted obengine service - covered by the reboot but the forum seems to request this so I tried it
  • Tried excluding the folder that is listed in the message because I don't need it backed up anyway

How can this be resolved?
