Heya, apologies if this is the incorrect place to post however was indicated the best place to contact regarding the Azure Backup issue from the portal.
For reference, we have multiple Azure Backup Services set up across (currently) 3 different VMs, 2 of which are on Server 2012 and another on Server 2008. All three were working without hassle originally, however on one of the VMs (a Server 2012 VM) an error is popping up indicating the following:
Following error occurred during Microsoft Azure Backup SnapIn operation.
Error details: The current operation failed due to an internal service error [0x1FBD2]. Please retry the operation after sometime. If the issue persists, contact Microsoft Support.
This error has remained even after a reinstallation of the Microsoft Azure Backup client and pops up immediately when trying to either Schedule a Backup, Recover Data or even when attempting to re-register the Server (it has already been successfully registered).
I noted in other posts to email through the relevant error logs to an email waobsupport@microsoft.com however this immediately bounced back indicating the email was not in use.
