I've been testing out the Recovery Storage in Azure using DPM 2012 SP1. The configuration was really simple and it works very well. I really like the feature set.
Two questions:
1. Is BMR ever going to be allowed to put in the recovery storage? It would be great to have this as a true D/R solution.
2. My understanding was the data was compressed. Is this only during the send process? My recovery storage shows the same size as the raw data on the protected server. That is also how much data DPM reports as sending. More details on compression and how it is used?
