Azure Backup Server: "An internal error prevented the modification of the backup policy."

Hi all,

I try to backup en DC\File server, but the online backup failed all the time.

The alert:

Online Recovery Point creation failed.

An internal error prevented the modification of the backup policy. (ID 100010)

So what can I do?
