Hi there,
I created a new job on a Win 10 Pro system selecting to use the Offline seeding due to the poor internet connection at the office. The job was completed and the drive shipped off. the data has been imported to the storage account and the drive has been returned.
The problem is that in the Azure Backup client there are no jobs running. It shows on the bottom that a scheduled job is configured on the server and that has the settings that were configured at the time of setup. The job has never run as there are no errors showing. I have checked the event logs and there are no errors for Azure. in the client under Next backup it says that there is no job scheduled even though the settings are there for the backup to happen daily.
Does anyone know how we can get the backup to start running. I can see all the data in the storage account so i don't want to have to start all over and ship the drive back in again.
