Schedule not running backup's on any server

Hi,

We have two Server 2012 R2 servers running MARS 2.0.9145.0 both willbackup manually not through task scheduler. 

However if I manually run the job using the parameters from task schedular and input into powershell it runs. So my question is what can be causing this problem. The only output i get from task Sched is this.

Task Scheduler successfully completed task "\Microsoft\OnlineBackup\Microsoft-OnlineBackup" , instance "{********-****-48**-b3**-bb2********5}" , action "C:\Windows\system32\windowspowershell\v1.0\powershell.exe" with return code 2147942401.

The default service is system but i've changed it to local admin/domain admin, and still not running. It says running but then nothing.

Any help would be good please.
