I want to backup my on premises vmware vms using azure.
Azure backup server will be the solution as it offers the best outcomes ( backup volumes and vms and workloads)
After my research, i found the the azure backup server can be installed on azure and we dont need to install it on on premises.
My question is do we need a vpn connection between the vault and the on prem site if azure backup server is installed on azure vm?
and can you advise on how to deploy it and configure it on an azure vm?
