I'm using on-premise Azure Backup server to back up a site. Now I have a disaster recovery test.
Backup works fine on the site named 'Alpha' since weeks, all green (Windows Server 2012r2, latest MABS), no issues.
If we have a disaster on site 'Alpha', I want to recover a system to site 'Beta'. From 'Alpha' I do not need anything else just one server (which was a physical one) and its content. File-system recovered but Systemstate not seen if I attach the 'Alpha' site MABS server as external DPM.
I found some topics and documentations, where original Backup Server and domain restored, but in our solution I do not need to have the whole original environment just one server with all its data.
Any tips how can I see restore system-state to disaster recovery site?
