Whenever I try to do anything inside of the Azure Backup agent, I am presented with this message: "The Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent cannot connect to the OBEngine service. (ID: 100052) Verify that the OBEngine service is present in the Services Control Panel and that the port 6049 is available."
The OBEngine/Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent service is present and running. I have stopped it and started it numerous times. I have turned the firewall completely off and used Resource Monitor to verify that port 6049 is listening and listed as "Allowed, not restricted" for cbengine.exe. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the MARS agent. I'm not sure what else to try - does anybody have any ideas?
