Upgraded Free-Trial to Pay-As-You-Go, but backups still failing with "subscription has expired"

It's been well over an hour since I upgraded.  Is there something I need to do?  "Register" something?  Change some setting?  I've looked on both the portal and the server, but have not been able to figure this out.  Is it just a matter of waiting longer?  (Seems like the change should be instant.)
