Adding Azure Backup Management Service to key vault access policies while deploying key vault from ARM templates

Hi,

I am trying to enable the access of backup management service from key vault while deploying the key vault. We are implementing the Azure Dev Ops so we are automating this process with ARM templates. So take a backup of an encrypted vm i need to enable the backup management service from the key vault access policies. 

I need help in configuring the backup management service access from the key vault with ARM template
