One volume is always failing when backup starts

We are using Arzue backup for simple files and folder backup under our windows 2008R2 with ESU. 

Recently, we are experiencing an issue for Arzue backup agent.

one of our volume keeps failing when doing the backup.

details can be seems as the below:

G:\ Operation failed (0x1D4C2)

We can pinpoint the source of this issue from event log as:

Virtual disk service gives an error message with Unexpected failure error code: C000000E@020A0007

and VDS basic provider gives error message with Unexpected failure. Error code: 2@01010013

We are not sure how to resolve it, any idea would be appreciate.
