After updating DPM 2012 R2 to Update 4 and updating Azure Client file shares are not backing up to Azure Recovery Services.
Currently all of my protection groups are showing up green. After looking a bit closer my SQL servers are showing Online Recovery points and my file share protection group are showing no online recovery points since the patching to Update 4 and Azure Agent 2.0.8692.0. We have tried to force an online recovery point and it hangs for hours at 0MB. Reviewing the failed jobs for yesterday I see the following:
Online recovery Point Time elapsed 12:32 Data Transferred 0
Status: failed
Description: An Unexpected error occurred while the job was running. (ID 104)
Looking through the logs I am not seeing anything pop out at me just yet. We are am wondering if anyone else might be experiencing this problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We have no online protection groups for our file server currently and this does cause a problem in a disaster recovery situation. Any help would be appreciated.
