Register Azure - Fails on Fetching Backup Vaults

I'll get the error ID 100050 when I try to register the backup vaults. I created the cert as is adviced on different forums, and imported it in Azure.

We need to use a proxy for internet access, but i'll never get to step 2 where I can enter this information.
The proxy information is entered into the network connection.
