using Data Protection Manager 2012 R2 with Update Rollup 3 installed. When I tried to install the hotfix that would allow data sources larger than 850 GB to be backed up to the cloud http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2989574 the package would unpack and then the process would terminate as if the version of the currently installed Azure backup agent was newer than the hotfix.
However, data sources larger than 850 GB still continue to fail backing up to the cloud for the same reason - data source too big. the size of the data source is around 950 GB in total that I need to backup to Azure.
I have tried completely uninstalling the Azure Backup Agent and reinstalling the latest version from the Azure portal, however the backups still continue to fail due to the data source size being bigger than 850 GB.
