Azure Backup

Hello,

I set up Windows Azure Backup and it works with my Azure VM (2012 R2).

I ask myself the following questions :

1. What happens if the machine breaks ? Can I recover the data saved with another machine (for example my PC) ?
2. Is it an incremental backup ?
3. I backup the MySQL data directory. I need to stop the service first ? Or it's like a snapshot ?
