Azure Backup Failed with the following error "The operation failed because of a protection agent failure. retry the operation (0x003E6)"

Hi I am having issues with Azure backup after moving Server Folders to new drive on Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2. I receive the following error "The operation failed because of a protection agent failure. retry the operation (0x003E6)"
