Hi
I am trying to recover data for another server using the recover data wizard. I select the option 'another server' and enter the vault credentials file. It validates the vault credentials, I am then able to select the backup server and choose between browsing or searching for the files however this is as far as i can go as I receive the following error:
"The Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent could not authenticate this server with the backup service. You must register the server again to establish the server identity. ID: 100089"
I have registered the server again but I still receive the same error.
Any ideas on what I can try.
