you are not authorized to perform this action 130024

I am stuck with the new Vault credentials process for Azure backup.

Situation:

Backup vault created and active in Westeurope

vault credentials successfully downloaded to the server which is in Azure - westeurope as well

Azure Backup agent for Windows server successfully downloaded and installed on windows 2012 R2 server

I go to run the Azure backup agent (as Administrator) and go through the register server process.

When i select the vault credential, i get the "you are not authorized to perform this action 130024" error and i cannot progress.

I have tried creating new stores, stores in different regions and get the same result each time.
