Dear All,

When trying to create a backup schedule, the schedule creation wizard finishes with the error message below, i.e. pagefile.sys cannot be found. Following that I tried to manually change the size of the Windows page file, but that did not help either. The error message is:

The backup policy could not be created.

Error: The specified file path C:\pagefile.sys is invalid because it refers to a path that cannot be found. Verify the file path and then try again.

Under more information I get error code ID 100079 Source Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent.

Since I could not find any information on this error on the internet I am not posting this question here. The server runs on Windows Server 2012 R2 and is installed within Virtualization Station on a Qnap TVS-EC1080. How can I fix this?
