Restore from anther server fails-The vault credentials provided are different from the vault this server is registered to

Hi,

I am trying to test a restore from anther server.

in the second step of the process I need to browse to the vault credentials.

when I download from the azure the vault credentials of the server.

all the fields in the screen looks fine ( Backup Vault,Regin  and subscription identifier)then I press next and I am getting the following error message

"The vault credentials provided are different from the vault this server is registered to. (ID: 100110)

Please provide appropriate vault credentials."

and I am unable to continue.

if I am trying to use the vault credentials  when I register the server file I am getting a different error message

"Vault credentials file provided has expired. (ID: 34514)

We recommend you download a new vault credentials file from the portal and use it within 2 days."

Please advice.

I want to test  a restore files from a server that is down and can't turn on .
